Michael Jones & Co, for themselves and the Vendor give notice that published information is given in the belief that it is correct but it is for the Purchasers to satisfy themselves as to their correctness by inspection or otherwise.  None of the services or fittings and equipment have been tested and no warranties of any kind can be given by Michael Jones & Company.  All negotiations are subject to the contents of a formal contract to be prepared by the Solicitor of the Vendor.

Sales details issued by this office on behalf of another Capital Group member have not been verified by us as accurate under The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991.  Any intending Purchasers requiring more information should make enquiries through our offices.
