Michael Jones Estate Agents Ltd., trading as MICHAEL JONES & COMPANY in Whitchurch Road, Heath, is an Independent family-run firm, with over 35 years experience in the residential sales and lettings market in Cardiff.
The Firm originated in 1976 as Homefinders, which became Michael Jones & Co. in 1991, and was then incorporated as Michael Jones Estate Agents Ltd in 2003.
The husband and wife partnership of Michael and Jenny Jones, together with their son Richard, believe that thoughtful marketing and a professional approach, together with a personal, efficient service and good communication, has been the key to their success.
MICHAEL JONES & COMPANY is also a member of NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents). Michael Jones was President of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1992-3, and again in 2010-11, having been the first person to be elected for a second term as President. He has also been a member of the NAEA since 1971 and said, "I’ve been honoured to be President again, and now, as a Licensed member of the Association, to be able to display the NAEA Licensed Estate Agent logo. It is now recognised as the professional body in Estate Agency, and reassures buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants that they can expect to receive a high standard of service from its members."
